FlameBlock Lithium Black is an uniquely formulated fire extinguishing agent, that was specifically developed to extinguish Lithium-Ion Battery fires.

Made of a specific formulation of minerals and salts.

How does it work?  It does the following to a Lithium-Ion Battery: 
- Extinguish the fire
- Bring the temperature down to 80 degrees Celsius
- Keeps on cooling the battery
- Interferes with the chemical reaction of the battery
- Cover the battery to prevent gasses from escaping
- Discharge the battery to prevent re-ignition later

*  This extinguisher should be serviced annually by an accredited SANS 1475 service provider 
*  After discharging this fire extinguisher, it should be refilled immediately
